M-BIZ Global began its global journey in 2005 by introducing Try-and-Buy micropayment solutions to mobile phone manufacturers and game developers. This innovative approach earned the trust of leading global brands such as Samsung, Gameloft, Namco, EA, SEGA, and Ericsson. To date, we have delivered over 1.5 billion games across 55 countries worldwide.

Building on the success of our micropayment solutions, we expanded into the mobile advertising and social gaming markets in 2013. Leveraging our strong technological foundation, we developed Branded Mini-Games (BMG) — a DIY game creation platform designed to drive customer engagement and brand loyalty through gamified marketing funnels. This platform enables brands and individuals to easily create and distribute ad games for mobile and online campaigns, without the need for coding. Over 100 global brands, including BMW, Samsung, and KFC, have utilized this service.

In July 2023, we introduced an “Open Chat Room” feature powered by the ChatGPT API, enabling brands to communicate with customers in real time. In December of the same year, we began testing AI Talk, an AI chatbot service enhanced with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technology.

As of April 2025, AI Talk.ch is under development as a Shopify app.
