The product information intended for sale is stored in RAG, and since the data is saved within the user’s own account, it is not exposed externally. By analyzing responses to customer inquiries, more accurate information can be added to RAG, enabling more precise and improved answers.

After product information is entered into RAG, you can use the service for free for up to 50 question-and-answer interactions. After that, by entering your own OpenAI API Key, you can continue to use one sales agent for free. Please note that under the free service, customer questions and their corresponding records are not saved.
